ARTICLE 1: ORGANIZATION OF THE CONTEST
HACHETTE FILIPACCHI PRESSE, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 582 101 424, having its registered office at 2 rue des Cévennes 75015 Paris, hereinafter referred to as the “Sponsor“, is organizing a free contest with no obligation to purchase entitled “SPRING KIT” (hereinafter referred to as the “Contest“).
The Contest is organized on the Instagram account @elleboutique accessible at the following URL : https://www.instagram.com/elleboutique/ or via the Instagram application.
The rules applicable to the Contest are defined in the general rules of the Sponsor’s contests (available at the following address https://elleboutique.com/france/legal-notice/ (hereinafter the “General Rules“) and in this document (hereinafter the “Additive“).
Capitalized terms are defined in the General Rules.
ARTICLE 2: EXCLUSIONS AND RESTRICTIONS ON PARTICIPATION
As an exception to Article 2 of the General Rules, participation in the Contest is only open to natural persons of legal age.
ARTICLE 3 : DURATIONThe Contest begins on 14/04/22at 15 PM and ends on 21/04/22 at 15 PM (hereafter the “Contest Period“).
ARTICLE 4 : PRINCIPLE OF THE CONTEST
To participate in the Contest, the participant must successively and cumulatively:
- Log in to his or her personal Instagram account;
- Subscribe to the account @elleboutique;
- Go to the @elleboutique account;
- Like and comment on the photo related to the Game by commenting on a friend’s Instagram account;
- As a bonus, to maximize your chances of winning: share the photo of the Contest in your Instagram story.
The comment must be posted on the Page before the end of the last day of the Contest Period, as evidenced by the date and time the comment is posted. Any comment submitted by an Internet user corresponds to an entry, subject to meeting the other conditions of participation defined in this Additive and in the General Rules.
Any incomplete or erroneous entry will be rejected, without the liability of the Sponsor being incurred.
Any false statement by a participant shall result in his/her exclusion from the Contest and the non-award of any prize that he/she may have won, without the liability of the Sponsor being incurred.

- Mouth patch [approximate monetary value : 4,90 euros]
- Eye patches [approximate monetary value : 3,90 euros]
ARTICLE 6 : DETERMINATION OF THE WINNERS
At the end of the Contest Period, 2 winners will be determined by a random draw among the entries declared as valid. The draw will be made by the Sponsor on 21/04/22 at 16 PM.
