ARTICLE 1: GAME ORGANIZATION

HACHETTE FILIPACCHI PRESSE, registered with the Nanterre Trade and Companies Register under number 582 101 424, having its registered office at 3/9 avenue André Malraux – 92300 Levallois-Perret, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizing Company“, is organizing a free game with no obligation to purchase entitled “KITCHEN WORKSHOP” (hereinafter referred to as the “Game”).

The Game is organized on the Instagram account @elleboutique accessible at the following URL: here or via the Instagram application.

The rules applicable to the Game are defined in the general rules of the Organizing Body’s contests (available at the following address [here] (hereinafter the “Rules”) and in this document (hereinafter the “Addendum”).

Capitalized terms are defined in the Regulations.

ARTICLE 2: EXCLUSIONS AND RESTRICTIONS ON PARTICIPATION

As an exception to Article 2 of the Rules, participation in the Game is only open to natural persons of legal age.

ARTICLE 3: DURATION

The Game begins on November 18, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. and ends on November 28, 2021 at 3:00 p.m. (hereafter the “Game Period”).

ARTICLE 4: PRINCIPLE OF THE GAME

To participate in the Game, the participant must successively and cumulatively:

– Log in to his or her personal Instagram account;

– Go to the @elleboutique account;

– Subscribe to the accounts @elleboutique and @cam.lmp8;

– Like and comment on the photo related to the Game by inviting two friends to participate;

– As a bonus, to maximize your chances of winning: share the photo related to the Game in your Instagram story.

The comment must be published on the Page before the end of the last day of the Game Period, as evidenced by the date and time of publication of the comment. Any comment posted by an Internet user corresponds to an entry, subject to meeting the other conditions of participation defined in this Addendum and in the Rules.

Any incomplete or erroneous entry will be rejected, without the liability of the Organizing Body being incurred.

Any false statement by a participant shall result in his/her exclusion from the Game and the non-award of any prize that he/she may have won, without the liability of the Organizing Body being incurred.

ARTICLE 5 : PRIZES

Details of the prizes:

1 lot “1 range of ELLE Kitchen products” [approximate monetary value: 100 euros] including:

o 3 ELLE plates [approximate monetary value: 20 euros]

o 1 ELLE cutlery kit [approximate monetary value: 20 euros]

o 3 ELLE mugs [approximate monetary value: 30 euros]

o 1 ELLE apron [approximate monetary value: 20 euros]

o 1 pair of ELLE kitchen gloves [approximate monetary value: 10 euros].

1 lot ” 1 one-hour online cooking workshop with Camille, the winner of ” Meilleur pâtissier” [approximate monetary value: 100 euros [approximate monetary value: 100 euros]

The workshop is valid until November 28, 2022 depending on availability.

All other expenses incurred in connection with the workshop will not be covered by the Organizing Body. The Organizing Body will not be held responsible for any accident and/or incident that may occur during the cooking workshop. The Organizing Body shall not be responsible for making the reservation on behalf of the winner.

ARTICLE 6: DETERMINATION OF THE WINNERS

At the end of the Contest Period, 1 winner will be determined by a random draw from among the entries declared as valid. The draw will be made by the Organizing Body on November 29 at 10:00 a.m.
